CUCHILLO DE EMBUTIDO
yo lo uso para embutidos más que para deshuesar y lo mejor es como corta y que es fuerte para cortar lomo, queso etc....lo menos bueno que al ser madera nos e pueda meter al lavavajillas y en mi caso que sí lo meto se me está quedando de color más claro pero es buen cuchillo cuidándolo mejor de lo que hago yo...

Tengo el jamonero modelo 33 de Simón también y hasta ahora estaba usando una puntilla de pelar normal para repelar el hueso y me he pedido este deshuesador para completar mi juego, se le ve más fuerte, si va como el jamonero perfecto, lo siguiente será un buen afilador
