SIMÓN "Classic" collection of professional kitchen knives designed for those who want to have in their hands a tool of high quality. Knives made in Albacete with special forging and hardening treatment reaching Rockwell hardness of 56-58HRc, higher than other forged knives to reach greater edge retention and ease of sharpening. Forged tomato knife made in one piece, handy and very sharp. Tip: For greater durability of sharpening, we recommend not to wash in dishwasher, always do it by hand with sponge and soap and dry afterwards. SIMON 10 Years warranty. Total measure: 22,5cm
