We have permanent stock in almost all items shown on it. Anyway we establish a maximum delivery time of 2 to 15 days (working days), or higher depending on destination.

Each product sheet has a informative box with estimated delivery time based on availability:

Notice: Orders of more than 1 item with different delivery times will be sent as indicated in the longest term among all the products chosen.

*Deliveries of customized products with LOGO may be delayed 3 days with respect to the indicated time.

"Simón Cuchillerías" is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the transport agency.


*Once the purchase process will receive a confirmation email with complete details and after verification of payment we will manage your order.

If there is some impediment to ship the product in the specified time, we will notify to customer for waiting for arrival of more pieces or we will cancel the order and purchaser will receive the payment as preferred.

The customer declares to be 18 years old to purchase any knife exposed on this website, and is in psychological conditions for use.

You can download the invoice for your order through your Customer account. Log in with your email and password and go to the ORDER HISTORY section, select the corresponding order and you will find your invoice in PDF format.


If when you receive the package detect any damage in product, you must notify us immediately.

For returns of damaged products, contact us: Customer Service Department and send us a image of problem ocurred.

Returns will not be accepted without our prior authorization.


Our items are full guarantee however varies depending on the product and manufacturer:

Notice: It is required to present the ticket or purchase invoice to check the date of order.

Warranty is against any production defect, always that the rational use of the item is done, and it is out any natural deterioration as edge loss, color deterioration for dishwasher, etc...

All defective products in warranty time, will be repared by manufacturer or if its not possible, changed for news.

For returns of defective products, contact us: Customer Service Department and send us a image of problem ocurred.

Items under warranty must come "SHIPPING COST PAID" by customer.


If you are not satisfied with the product purchased , you have 14 days legal right of return, from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with Article 44 of Law 47/2002 of December Reform Act 7 / 15 January 1996 of the Retail Trade.

The returned products must be packaged securely, intact without signs of use with original box, all accessories and other superior packaging.

If package is damaged in shipping “Simón Cuchillerías” would have no responsibility for it.
Upon received and checked, (PAID SHIPPING by customer), we will refund to customer the total paid amount by the same system that paid.

To proceed, log into My Account with your email and password and go to the ORDER HISTORY section, select the corresponding order and check the box for the product or products you want to return and quantity. Then add a comment about the reason for the return and finally click on REQUEST RETURN. Remember that if the RETURN option does not appear in a order, it is because more than 14 legal days have passed since you received it. Once we receive your request we will reply with instructions for you to send back. You can also contact us through our Customer Service Department explaining if you want the change or return of one or various products and we will help you in the process.

Attention: Shipping cost of changes or returns to our store will be PAID by customer who can choose any transport agency.

*We don´t accept returns or changes for customized products (engraved pieces, sharpened pieces, etc...)

In the event of any typographical error in any of the prices or specifications shown in this website, and has made a purchase decision based on that error, we will notify immediately and shall be entitled to cancel the purchase without any cost to you.
